| PAYMENT | Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Orders received with cashiers checks will be processed immediately. Orders received with personal checks will require additional time for clearance. |
| SPECIAL ORDERS | Items with a -X suffix are produced to order. Please call for estimated lead time. |
| PRICES | Prices are subject to change without notice. Should prices increase, your approval will be requested prior to order acceptance. Should prices decrease, you will be charged the lesser amount and, in the case of prepayment by check, a refund will be sent. |
| SHIPMENT | Shipment will be made by UPS ground service unless otherwise requested. |
| DAMAGE | All orders are carefully inspected and packed prior to shipment. If your order is received in opened or damaged condition, check your order and packing list in the presence of the carrier to expedite the claim. |
| WARRANTY | YOUR SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED. If you are not completely satisfied with your parts, simply return them within 30 days of your date of purchase. (see returns below) The failure of an item due to incorrect installation, misuse, alteration, failure of related parts, or use of non-original type parts is not covered by this warranty and is not the responsibility of Classic Collectables Company. |
| RETURNS | Items must be returned in the original carton in new sale condition. Include a copy of your original invoice and a brief explanation for the return. All shipping costs must be prepaid. We will not accept COD. If any part is returned due to a fault on our part, we will refund all shipping costs. If the return is not due to an error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the shipper. NO RETURNS OF ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN ALTERED |
